80s and chance of pm thunderstorms for Wednesday, July 6th

All aboard the monsoon train! We are chugging right along witha monsoonal pattern here in the Denver area. With this pattern, we have more chances of afternoon thunderstorms for Wednesday. As moisture keeps moving into Colorado we will also see higher chances of flash flooding for burn scars.

Here's what to expect for Wednesday:

  1. Chances of afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
  2. Risk of flash flooding for burn scar areas. Avoid those areas if you can. And remember to turn around and don't go through the water if you come across a flooding area.
  3. Highs in the 80s.
